Started to paint the Crimson hunter this evening for the doubles tourney

Have to thank a guy from facebook David Cañas Arribas for the receipe though

Theres room for improvement but not bad for a first go I thought :)

Worked on the Praetor Assault Launcher this evening a little more.  Airbrushed the 4-5 layers involved in the pale green part of the camo, based the metals and then applied transfers and freehanded the name, I have gone for Steel Rain, thought it was fitting

Now it's ready for oils and the like

Pretty much painting itself, but then I think I have pretty much nailed my armour painting for this army without having to give it much thought :D

Built and undercoated the Praetor Assualt Launcher last night.

Due to the layout of it had to paint the missiles and surrounding area before finishing the build.

But it is now ready for camo

Time to get my head down and get this army done.  All the models are now ready for painting, just need to make 12 bases for the wraithguard.

Converted Farseer was finished tonight.  Really wanted a female farseer :)

Stormblade and Shadowsword both finished :)

Have to say although I lost a bit of focus on these half way through the painting a few months back I have really enjoyed both of them, well worth the extra premium for the FW kit over the GW one if you want the shadowsword as well.

First attempt at Object Source Lighting using an airbrush, I usually do it with a manual brush....pleasantly surprised with the result for such little effort

Just the lenses and matt varnishing to do and jobs a goodun
